AHFC awards $46.8 million to generate more than $70 million of rental housing
Anchorage, AK - February 02, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) — Communities across the state will benefit from more than $70 million of combined new housing construction and renovation of existing housing designated for seniors, low-income families and persons with disabilities—thanks to $46.8 million in grants and federal tax credits awarded Tuesday by Alaska Housing Finance Corporation.
